Dan was really supportive when it came to the nutrition side of things, I had no idea where to start but he helped me to understand how small changes can make a huge impact. There’s also classes to suit everyone. Would 100% recommend! More...

I love training at unique personal training. I have learnt so much in such a short space of time and that’s down to Dan. I’ve been doing 1-1 training with Dan for a couple of years (minus 6 months of lockdowns), and can honestly say he is amazing at what he does. He pushes me, teaches me and listens to me moan 24/7. He’s educated me on not just fitness but nutrition too and has helped me with my bad relationship with food. I’ve gone from a tight size 14 to a loose 8, dropping 12kilos in weight and losing around 9% body fat. I now enjoy food, I now LOVE workouts both with Dan and independently using what he’s taught me. He’s always there at the other end of the phone supporting me, even when he’s on his holidays 😫🤣 and was a HUGE help even through the lock downs 👏🏼 More...

Whether it’s group sessions or 1on1 PT, Dan always pushes you to achieve the best and makes you feel good about yourself. Also great content on his Instagram . I have never been into gyms but loved my boot camps with Dan , changed my thinking and I learnt so much which in turn changed the foods I ate and his healthy tips are so useful when I go off track I know it’s ok and just try again the next day x

Dan has been my personal trainer now for 10 years. He pushes me but also knows my limits. So he gives me what he knows I’m capable of even when I think I’m not. His training sessions are ever evolving, so even after 10 years he will add something to a session that we have never done before. I trained with him today for the first time since December and we spent 10 minutes talking about where I was up to with my health, fitness and diet so he could put together the correct training session for me. I would highly recommend Dan and the length of time he has kept his clients for speaks volumes. More...

The best trainer around. I honestly couldn't recommend Dan any more. I have gone from someone who doesn't enjoy fitness and needed motivation to someone who genuinely enjoys the challenges and changes both mentally and physically. I contacted Dan after being referred by friends. I have gone from hating exercise and using any excuse not to do it, to enjoying it so much I added an extra personal training session per week. I have always lacked motivation, but Dan pushes me in a way that is professional but not overpowering. Dan understands any limits I may have and will tailor the work out to suit my needs whilst motivating me to push myself further and build up my strength. I’ve been training with Dan for 10 years now. Every session is different - you never get bored. He pushes you to achieve your goals but also understands that we all have lives. He isn’t one of those PTs who expects you not to eat out or have a few drinks at the weekend. He incorporates your lifestyle into your training and it works. Can’t recommend him enough. I started doing weight and strength training with Dan after suffering from back and shoulder pains from my job. Within a few weeks I could tell a massive difference and I'm so pleased with the progress. Would highly recommend! I signed up with Dan after he was recommended by a friend. I have attended PT sessions in the past and have always dreaded them and felt totally unmotivated. My sessions with Dan couldn’t be any different, I feel motivated and actually enjoy exercise now. I look forward to my sessions and always know I will be pushed in a positive way to achieve my goals! I’ve trained with Dan for 10 years in various types of group style classes and he’s one of the best. He pushes and motivates you in each and every class. Also hands down has the best music , especially in a spin class, literally had to get to the gym early to secure a bike. He can work with all levels of ability and his classes are high energy and engaging - can’t wait to get back in the gym with him to shift some lockdown weight gain and get back to a decent level of fitness. Our unique spinning classes are designed to provide you with high energy, fast paced cardio training in a group environment with fantastic motivating music. Aimed to really fire up those legs and is a fantastic calorie burner. These classes are BOOKING ONLY and are separate to the strength & conditioning group training.
