My name is Natalie; I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Midwife.

With over 12 years in the NHS as a nurse and midwife and with a passion for fitness; I've integrated and utilised my skills and knowledge to specialise in both general personal training and pre and post natal health and fitness.

Love Natalie. Been with her since January and have also signed up my husband. Wouldn't go with anyone else. Her workouts are interesting and varied and she is not phased at all with my toddler and baby being around. She always includes my toddler Dylan- he adores her. Several times has held my baby so I can complete my training. Highly recommend xxx More...

I have been having help by Natalie for 7 weeks now, even though I haven’t been very good at staying on the right path I have seen results which I am super happy about, she not only supported me with what I want to achieve but also helped when I needed someone for other things relating post pregnancy. Have been having one to one sessions with Natalie for a few weeks now, every session is encouraging and different so no chance of getting bored, they are tailored to my needs, and I use my baby for my weight which is excellent. .. to hear him giggling away while I’m working out makes it fun and keeps me going, so you don’t even feel like it’s exercise at all, just fun and bonding time with your baby... whilst getting back in shape - bonus!!!

Natalie is truly the complete PT! I went to her new baby class today and it was amazing it was hard work and I can definitely feel the after burn but it was so fun and so relaxed. There was no pressure at all to do all the moves or go as fast as the person next to you and it didn't matter if the babies cried or needed feeding/changing! An excellent class that I will definitely go back to!! And would recommend to everyone!! More...

The mum and baby fit class has been great to get back into fitness after having a baby. Natalie has been fantastic, keeping it relaxed to work with the babies and still challenging to feel the burn. Extra bonus is she is a midwife too so your baby and post baby body are in good hands! Definately recommended! More...

Everyone is an individual; I design and personalise each clients programs based on their abilities, goals and lifestyles. Individually people cope with different motivational styles, so I will adapt my coaching around you to ensure you are getting the encouragement you need, at the right time and in the right places.

To understand that we all have different body types. So work on your own body and mind, in order to be the best body you as an individual can be!

Seeing the changes that occur from all the hard work everyone puts in and knowing that the steady changes and improvements will remain the long term achievements for each individual in both mind and body.

Working in the NHS for over 12 years, I have observed a lot of poor health and increasing levels of illnesses; as a consequence to individuals not being healthy and active. With part of my NHS job requiring me to educate and promote a healthy and active lifestyle and I myself having improved my own health and fitness level, qualifying as a personal trainer allows me to help educate and improve individuals overall health and fitness in all aspects of my life.
