I would highly recommend Stefan as a PT. I was at a point with my weight loss where things had really slowed down. Stefan helped me get things back on track with exercise and healthy eating plans. My confidence, mental wellbeing and general image of myself have improved and I will be forever grateful to Stefan for helping me achieve my goals. Stefan is very professional in what he does and explains the theory behind each exercise and what it helps with. He is encouraging, patient, understanding of an individuals needs and trepidations and goes at a pace that suits you. I was very anxious about whether I’d be able to do half the exercises but Stefan makes it fun (I’ll never hear the end of that will I Stefan 😂) and there’s never a workout session where we don’t laugh about something.
