Adam has been absolutely fabulous with me, after having my little girl I had alot of weight to lose. We set goal to work towards and he helped me achieve it easily, I've never been one for the gym but adam made the sessions fun and enjoyable and now I love it. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer as he really catered to my needs. We have now set a new goal to reach and I can't wait to get there, I would not be without him now. 5***** More...
