How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I'm here to help you achieve your goals by letting you take the lead. Sounds a bit crazy right??
It's supposed to be.... You've gotta be crazy to want to endure the process. haha!
However, it's my job to help you on your way by giving you nutrition plans, programmes and more importantly, accountability, enabling you to smash your goals without hesitation.
**Just remember.... You can take a horse to water.... But you can't force it to drink!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

God if only I knew what the secret was to the body of my dreams, and everyone elses, I'd be a millionaire.
Truth is... there is no secret. It's down to hard work and sustainability.
We've got to find you something that you can mantain.
Because let's be fair, if I said I'd need you in the gym 7 times a week you'd think I was crazy. (And you'd be right).
It's about sustainability more than anything else.
You need to be able to continue applying the principles I teach you for the rest of your life!

What do you love most about your job?

The thing I love most about my job is seeing people's lives change right before my eyes.
The feeling you get from seeing someone reach their goals with your help is immense!

What inspired you to start your own business?

The thing that inspired me most to start my own business was my love for training and being an ex fat boy myself.
I actually sat down and thought... How can I make money by doing something I love.
That might sound nuts, but I'd argue that you'd be receiving the best service around, because I still have the same passion for sport and fitness that I've had since I was 5. It was only a few years ago that I really started to learn about Health & Nutrition. And I found I was actually pretty good at teaching it. SO I see it as a win win all round!
