How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
working with them one to one bases towards there goal start off with a basic training plan and making changes to there diet. And over time keep improving on these small changes which we will see them achieve there goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
working hard, i wish there was a magic pill we could take but there aint. you got to be committed to making a change for the better. i can promise once you make the changes and feel the benefits of it within yourself and in the mirror you won't want to go back.
What do you love most about your job?
watching people achieve there goals and hitting targets, seeing clients faces once they reach it and seeing all the hard work paying off. It motivates me even more to help them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
i've always been interested in helping people and i've always loved fitness so it made sense.
