Have felt a lot more healthier and happier since starting the 28 day challenge feel positive and motivated to reach my goal jamile is a great trainer that has encouraged me and helped me through these first two weeks which I am now enjoying and looking forward to my training sessions with him each time and already seeing changes most definitely worth it! Can't wait to see end results!

It's not what we do but how we do it.

Motivation is everything! Without it you won't get to the gym, without the gym you won't feel good, if you don't feel good you won't eat well, if you eat crap you feel crap. It's a vicious circle that has to be broken.

It all starts with motivation! Most people work much better when being pushed and motivated by a personal trainer.

I love the versatility of my clients, they range from 17-78 years old. No session is ever the same so it keeps me mentally stimulated by designing unique training principles to suit each individual.

And of course great results make me very happy too!

I have always been a people person and manage to get the best from people by communicating well. That with a passion for exercise and nutrition, Personal Training was the perfect business.

I have been a Personal Trainer for 18 years, starting at st davids hotel in Cardiff Bay when I was just 17 years old. I am now 35 years old and still enjoy everyday.

I am a no frills type of person and I use the same approach to my Personal Training. I only use training principles that work! Most of which tend to be the ones that humans have been doing for decades. I am very good with people and I always give 100% dedication to my clients.

You as the 'client' have to like and trust your Personal Trainer and I can safely say I get that from all of my clients.
