Hard work, consistency and honesty with yourself. Your dream body does not happen over night, above all else it's about having the right mind set and dedication. This is the formula for achieving your goals and getting where you imagine yourself to be.

What do you love most about your job?

I love meeting new people and helping them progress and achieve their goals. When my clients feel happy and confident in themselves it is such a great reward for me. I also love the variety of my work every client is different so every day is different.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Fitness is my passion and spending every day in the office was really not my cup of tea. I always loved training and achieving my own personal goals so I thought the next step would be to help others do the same. I was tired of seeing people in the gym day in day out without making much progress and getting frustrated and I knew I had the knowledge to get them where they wanted to be. So I started my own personal training business in order to make a real difference and get people feeling healthier and happier.

I started off not feeling confident, not happy with my body and had no knowledge of what was healthy. I believe I have come from a place that many people do before deciding to make a change. I motivated myself, got in the know about all aspects of fitness and nutrition and changed the way I felt about myself. Today I feel positive in body and mind and believe that I can help others do the same.
