How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Set a main TARGET and then break it into SMART GOALS. I help co-create your plan to get you to where you want to go and then we have a weekly troubleshoot session to iron out any obstacles together. I believe it's so important to keep a log relevant to your goals and to have regular accountability check-ins for fast track progress.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Fire and urgency to reach your goal otherwise it will get pushed down the priority line. Tracking progress will help you build up those small victories over time. As a coach my job is to gently remind you at times why you need prioritise and stick at it when things get tough.

What do you love most about your job?

The people! I started this journey to sort my own life out and to help others. But now I just love meeting people I can be truely authentic with and help them. It's now the most satisfying feeling outside of my family life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was 2st overweight. Very insecure and sensitive about my body. I had massive ambition but was constantly getting beaten down with failure and rejection in work and relationships. I had a mental health breakdown in 2010 and my life came crashing down with Psychosis and PTSD. Previously not religious at all, in my brokeness I had a vision of a cross and asked God to heal me. I was led to study Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Tai Chi and Pilates. So God inspired the start of my business!
