Wow, what a fantastic 12 months! I started training with Peter this time last year. We decided on PT and PN Coaching combined and the results have way exceeded my expectations. Today I’m two stone lighter, fitter and healthier than I was when I was 25 – I’m 46 this year!! The results were gradual but consistent throughout the year, each week moving in the right direction. My body shape has totally transformed and I sleep like a baby! When I started I honestly couldn’t run 100 meters, I now run 4/5 miles almost every day. I recently played football in a lads vs dads match and was noticeable fitter than most of the players! I’ve tried many diet and fitness programmes over the years and never stuck to anything. PN Coaching has helped me change my nutritional habits whilst Peter has continued to push my fitness levels. I’m genuinely excited about 2018 and have set health and fitness goals that 12 months ago would have been laughable!! Peter is amazing ! He is my fitness and nutrition and all round ' mind and well being' Guru and my guest speaker at the courses that I run to help people lose weight and keep it off. I hear his words in my head all the time - ' if it does not look like it flies, walks, swims or grows on something DON'T EAT IT !!' Also his fab swing -o-metre diagram to explain why exercise is so beneficial with regards to burning or storing fat is so simple and exceptionally motivating. Also his explanation about why drinking water is also so essential to wellbeing. There is so much I could write about Peter ! He's great fun, has a 'whole person' approach to the work he does and also he can adjust the work to anyone's level and make it fun. He gets great results for mind and body and he's an excellent advertisement for his work. I have recommended Peter to so many people and continue to do so . I have known and trained with Peter for over a decade now and over that time he has become a very good friend and confidant. We've climbed many, many mountains together and he is not only a highly-qualified trainer but also extremely knowledgeable in a range of health and wellbeing matters (and a wise old sage with it!)

I have met many of his clients over the years that literally range from lads in training to pass military fitness tests, clients looking to lose half their bodyweight all the way through to octogenarians wanting to retain their fitness. Peter is an amazing Personal Trainer, and now a Precision Nutrition Coach too. I cannot recommend this program enough, it is packed with useful information on a daily basis to keep you on track and accountable with Peter along side it. I have lost 2 stone since I have started, without my usual fad diets that have never worked. Thank you Peter. Your support has been a key part in me dramatically improving my fitness and losing over two stone. To anybody else reading this, if you think all a personal trainer does is just tell you to push harder, and faster - then it's time to think again. I enjoy working with Peter, he understands the issues of a working woman and what I can fit into my week in terms of exercise. He pushes me but not too much. Each week we try at least one new thing which I enjoy. I need the discipline of someone instructing me at least once a week.

The PN coaching side is good, some excellent concepts are explored although I already know much of what is written it is reinforcement to have it told toy you regularly so as to enforce the changes in lifestyle.

Written for a US audience sometime i need a translation to understand the similes!

I have been having personal training sessions with Peter at Celebrate Personal Training for about 18 months and without being over dramatic it has changed my life! ! Would highly recommend Peter & his team. I help my clients to achieve their fitness goals by first understanding exactly what those goals are and by breaking them down into small steps with measurable milestones along the way so that we can make sure the programme is working and if not, we can make adjustments.

To get the body of your dreams you first need to visualize what that body will look like, where will you be? how long have you set yourself to achieve? How will you feel when you are there? This visualization is perhaps the most important aspect of a successful outcome. Then, by introducing regular and enjoyable exercise and making changes to your eating habits, you will soon be on your way to getting that body.

I love the interaction with my clients. I learn so much and just when I have it all worked out, something or someone comes along to challenge my beliefs and perceptions. People are fabulous and my greatest joy is helping people to discover for themselves just how fantastic they are and to love themselves.

Mostly that I love working with people and outdoors but also that I thought the fitness and weightloss industries had the wrong approach. Exercise on it's own will not make you lose weight and dieting will not make you fit. Putting those two togeter, makes a winning combination. Together, we can do that.

There are many good Personal Trainers and certainly many who charge less than I do. Unlike any other PT I know, I do offer a full money back guarantee with my service although I have never had to refund anyone. I help my clients to understand themselves by first getting to know what they like and don't like and what works for them. Then I give all the encouragement, practical help and accountability they need to succeed.

I have worked with clients of all ages and abilities, the majority of whom have been quick to respond to training. In addition, I have had successful outcomes working with clients who are recovering from operations or injury and some serious conditions including Cancer, Stroke, PCOS, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, MS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME), hypermobility and many people labelled as obese.

OK, so it's not quite as good as in-person training but like me, most of my clients have adapted well to remote training via Zoom. So, I'm doing it now as I write and will continue to offer a mix of in-person and online training in the future.

Almost as good as in-person training, the next best thing is a Zoom Fitness with me. Otherwise the same services as In-Person Training without the face to face interaction:

As a certified Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition we can provide you with the best possible guidance with regards to what food is, what it does for your body and what is good or not so good for you personally.

You will receive daily snippets of advice via your mobile device or pc and every two weeks a new habit to tech you all about food so that you can make the best choices for you and find out, finally, what works.

Ideally this will be coupled with an exercise programme but you probably already know that weigh loss is actually all about what you eat and drink.

When weight loss isn't really an issue and you just want someone to show you what to do and keep you motivated and accountable, then that is just what we will do.

Specialising in older adults, I know from personal experience and that of hundreds of my clients, what works best. Before you know it, you will have worked up from a few minutes of gentle exercise to a full blown fitness session of an hour.
