I cannot rate this company highly enough! Lee is an absolute superstar. From start to finish he has been professional, courteous and always willing to help. My sister has Parkinson's disease and has virtually lost all of her mobility and sight. Lee patiently helped her work out what she wanted and when it later transpired that what she thought she wanted didn't work for her he took the trouble to visit her again and help work out a solution. The bathroom is lovely, clean bright and stylish and a 100% improvement on what my sister had previously. The work was undertaken and completed in a week and all the rubbish was taken away. All the workmen were polite and considerate and disruption was minimal. Unfortunately, just after the installation by B D Bathrooms, my sister experienced raw sewage coming up through the shower. Lee came out to see what was going on without hesitation, and we found out the outside drains were blocked so I called out the maintenance company who came and cleared the blockage. What a rock Lee was, even though it was a Saturday morning and what had happened was nothing to do with the installation, he stayed and helped me mop up and clear away raw sewage!!! He went way, way above and beyond to help me when actually he could just have walked away and said that's nothing to do with us. What a gentleman! This really makes me have faith that there are still good people on this Earth, and Lee is certainly one of them. This company deserves more than 5* and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Working with this company was really easy, especially when it came to designing and planning my bathroom. The 3d design really helped me decide on what would look best especially since its been 20+ years since i picked one. A special mention to Malik who helped me manage the whole process and really made everything simple for me. Thank you once again
