This project was a nightmare. We were full steam ahead planning the full refurbishment of our new three-bedroom flat, when we were informed by the management company the building was classified as higher risk. This meant nothing to us and unfortunately, it meant nothing to our architect and designers who we appointed to run the project. They said they would come back to us on how to proceed. Weeks started to go by and everyone went quiet. Considering we had already paid tens of thousands of pounds in fees, this left us feeling betrayed and disheartened. While waiting, we decided to do get our own advice on the situation, which is when we came across ADOVA. Within 10 minutes of my first phone call with Dharmesh, I was being educated on the building safety act, higher risk buildings and how this impacts our project. I could immediately tell I was speaking to someone knowledgeable, educated and experienced. I decided to commission ADOVA to chart a way forward by advising us as well as our team. Unfortunately, on receiving unsatisfactory responses from our team, we decided to cut our losses and move forward with ADOVA on the whole project. Dharmesh took charge immediately - the team's expertise in compliance and handling higher-risk buildings was evident from day one. They reassessed the entire project, obtained all the necessary approvals and delivered a stunning home, which was handed over yesterday. Without them, we’d still be lost. Truly outstanding service-highly recommended!

My partner and I requested a quote from Trademark Bathrooms and were given a time and date from the supervisor. I was kept updated with what day and time the surveyor would be attending and prior to the him coming to my residence. He contacted me, introduced himself and gave and estimated time of arrival. When Wakas arrived he was very professional, made his formal introduction and then we discussed the bathroom and toilet requirements. Wakes answered all my questions, gave advice and was very knowledgeable about the subject matter. After taking his measurements we discussed what types of fixtures and fittings that my partner wanted. Again Wakam was very helpful with what we required, after doing a floor plan we sat and discussed the end product. Wakam walked me through the costings, the lay out of the plan, explained the timescale. Overall I found Wakam to be professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about what we required.

Karl contacted me after we asked for a bathroom quote on Bark.com and he came out the same week. We couldn’t have had a better service and were so pleased with the price decided to have both rooms done. Mark and Brooke completed a full refit of our main bathroom and en suite and they have done an excellent job and we are very happy with the work. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again next year for sure.
