She takes her time to ensure that you are okay and that you understand the session, answering any questions that you may have. I wasn’t sure what to expect, although Toni was very supportive and provided me with literature and a video prior to my appointment.
I left feeling lighter in body, mind and spirit……felt teary, but from an emotional place of freedom and release.
Definitely would recommend and most definitely will be rebooking another session.

🧚 Immediate significant physical improvement! My right arm and shoulder have been in great pain and I was suffering from a lack of range of motion. I received a distance treatment. We live on opposite sides of an Ocean. Her energy was so strong, I felt her with me the entire time! Immediately after the treatment, I couldn't help myself and decided to check my range of motion. It was kinda hard to believe this happened, but the improvement was drastic! Prior to this treatment, I could only raise my arm 60-70 degrees from my side and into the air. Immediately after the treatment, I was able to raise my arm 150 degrees 💪 ❤️ And that is not all! She wrote up a detailed assessment, which we discussed and she's given me some direction for tools to aid in my continued healing. I'll be asking for a follow up treatment in a couple weeks. I don't care where you live in the world - Toni has a great gift for healing. I recommend her <3 More...

Covid finally caught up with me and I needed a boost which traditional methods were failing to provide. I received some distant reiki from Toni and instantly felt the benefits! I can’t deny that I was slightly sceptical at first but, by the end of the session I felt energised and surprisingly relaxed. What do you love most about your job?
I love giving people the time and space to simply be themselves. Seeing someone begin to recognise their own strengths, release something they’ve been carrying or start to see their life differently is incredibly rewarding. Every person and every session is different, which is one of the things I love most about this work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 18 years in primary education, I reached a point where I knew I wanted to work with people in a different way. My own journey of personal development and exploration of energy medicine eventually led me to create The Tycho Retreat — a space where I could combine my experience of supporting others with the practices and approaches that had become so important to me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe finding the right practitioner is a very personal choice. I offer a warm, calm and non-judgemental space where you will be given time to talk, ask questions and be heard.
I bring together many years of experience supporting people with extensive training across energy medicine, Reiki, wellbeing and complementary approaches. Sessions are individually tailored rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
I’m also very happy to have a conversation before you book so you can decide whether I feel like the right practitioner for you.

Yes. I offer both in-person and remote sessions, depending on the service. Reiki and Shamanic Energy Medicine can both be offered remotely, and I also work online for Moonology and Wellbeing Mentoring.
I have worked remotely with clients both in the UK and internationally. I take the same care in creating a calm, confidential and supportive space online as I do for clients visiting me in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I maintain high standards of hygiene within my treatment space, including cleaning the treatment area and equipment between clients. If you are unwell before an appointment, please contact me and we can discuss rearranging your session.
Shamanic energy medicine
I offer individually tailored Shamanic Energy Medicine sessions, drawing on my training in Andean energy medicine.
This work can support people who feel stuck in old patterns or stories, are moving through change, or feel ready to explore something at a deeper level.
Sessions may include illumination, extraction, decoupling or soul retrieval, depending on your individual needs. We will always talk beforehand so you understand the process and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Reiki
I offer gentle, individually tailored Reiki sessions to support relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing.
As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I create a calm, non-judgemental space where you can switch off from everyday demands and take some time for yourself. Reiki can be particularly supportive during periods of stress, overwhelm or change.
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and can be offered in person or remotely.
£40 per session
Crystal Reiki
Crystal Reiki combines Reiki energy with the supportive properties of crystals. As a Crystal Reiki Master/Teacher, I intuitively select crystals to create a session tailored to you, supporting relaxation, energetic balance and overall wellbeing.
You don’t need any previous experience of Reiki or crystal healing. We’ll have a conversation at the beginning of your session about how you’re feeling and what you would like support with.
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes.
£40 per session.
Wellbeing mentoring
I offer one-to-one wellbeing mentoring for adults who may be experiencing stress, overwhelm, low confidence or a period of change.
Sessions provide a calm, non-judgemental space to talk openly, explore what may be holding you back and find practical ways to move forward.
I draw on my experience in education and wellbeing alongside my training in CBT and other approaches. Every session is tailored to you and what you need at that time.

Moonology
As a certified Moonologer, I offer one-to-one Moonology sessions using the lunar cycle as a framework for reflection, intention-setting and personal growth.
Together we explore where you are now, what you may be ready to release or change, and what you would like to move towards.
No previous knowledge of Moonology, astrology or lunar cycles is needed. Your session is individually tailored to you.
Approximately 60 minutes | £40
Dream Analysis
I offer one-to-one dream analysis sessions, providing a supportive space to explore the themes, symbols and emotions within your dreams.
Rather than giving you a fixed interpretation, we work together to consider what your dream may mean to you and how it might connect with your experiences, thoughts or feelings.
I hold a Diploma in Dream Analysis and Therapy, and sessions are individually tailored to you.
