I had my first healing session with Lisa yesterday and am already experiencing the benefits and utilising the tools she has given me to help calm and sooth myself. Lisa was able to tap into long standing belief patterns and walk me through them to clarity. I have tried many other modalities etc over the years to help heal but have not felt the sense of release and calm that Lisa was able to guide me to yesterday.
