A friend and I had the duo Reiki treatment session and it was a wonderful experience! Vicky treated me and Sarah treated my friend in the calm treatment room which is beautifully appointed. We were straight away welcomed and put at ease and after completing the short health questionnaire, and asked if we minded our feet being touched, we were made comfortable on the couches and so it began! I am unable to describe what Vicky did as I had my eyes closed but I consented to have "hands on" so Vicky laid her hands on me in a specific pattern, and all too soon, after 45 minutes, I was gently brought back to awareness and given a glass of water, advice to drink lots and given an aftercare leaflet. We were allowed to take our time in "coming too", and then unfortunately it was all over ! This was a wonderful treat and 2 days later I am still feeling the affects, I've been chilled out, very calm and peaceful, and have been to the loo more than normal so am obviously clearing stuff out of my system. I can only say that if you want to have a treat, book yourself in with Sarah and Vicky!
