Dave and Cody have done a fantastic job installing a window and also building a stud wall with pocket doors. They are extremely courteous and went above and beyond to match existing skirting and architraves for us. It was a pleasure to speak both with them and Emma, who is fantastic at communicating and arranging everything. We would highly recommend the team.

The trades at Modern Loft Rooms was outstanding given us so many ideas and our Extension and Loft conversion Build before the plans was done, we called this company because one of our friends already use them and gave an outstanding job so we decided to take them on. From start to finish the team dedicated their skills and ideas throughout the project very clean and tidy their work was absolutely spot-on. We had no issues whatsoever. We would definitely recommend Modern Loft Rooms for any building work.
