If you were interested in a program to tone muscle burn fat and keep fit then I would give you a 7 day program that you follow for 8 weeks. I would also show you a at home workout and if you are also at a gym I would give you a gym workout. Then every 8 weeks I would check your progress which involves body fat % circumference reading Blood Pressure Flexibility and NUTRITION..with regards to cost it's only £35 session. If you wanted to purchase a block booking then it would be cheaper per session. Every 8 weeks I would then do your body stats agin and give you a new program to follow so then you would not get bored. I will motivate you but I can’t make you do it.The best way to motivate you is to listen to your needs and I then will encourage you every time we train and educate you in what I know. I will also ensure you are eating the correct amount of Protein and Carbohydrates according to your lean mass. How I do this is to do your body stats every 8 weeks. Then you will see that when your body fat % and circumference readings come down that will keep you inspired to keep going.
There is no secret..!! You have to want it, be disciplined and work hard. As I say to all my clients your first goal is not to tone up or get fit ..your first goal is to move your body 7 days a week and guess what you will get into shape..!!
