This is not a short review. I have been training with Shane for over six months now. My initial goal was to get fit trying to keep up with my 5 yeatlr old son. However following the first lockdown I didn't realise how much I'd let myself go since my mid twenties (I'm now 46). I was at the start slower, weaker and larger than I had ever been before.
My goals were discussed with Shane and we had a thorough assessment session with a lot of stretching and talking. I didn't realise then just how good Shane was. Since then I have improved whereby I am in the best shape I have been since back when I was training in martial arts in my twenties. My strength is significantly different (I can do tricep dips now!), My stamina is so much better I can run up multiple flights of stairs and not be remotely out of breath. At the start my main driver for this was to get fit for my son (so I can keep up). Now that I've reached that goal I'm continuing the training because I want to see how good I can get! Every session is slightly different, it's never boring and Shane is enthusiastic, supportive and challenging! This is without a doubt a game changer of a trainer!

All together he made training much more enjoyable, because he switches it up and makes sure you are enjoying yourself and at he same time burning the calories you need to burn. I trained with Louise from around March - August 2017, so this review is long overdue! I have had a few personal trainers in the past, but none of them even come close in comparison to Louise. Louise was attentive from the start, listened closely to my goals and designed a robust training plan which complemented those goals amazingly. She adjusted the plan to work around injuries...and I am convinced that the adjustments helped to rehabilitate a shoulder injury from which now i am pain free! Not only did I see physical improvements but also felt mentally better after working out with her guidance. In short, I can't recommend Louise enough!
