With a background in yoga, powerlifting, gymnastic strength training and other disciplines, I take a broad approach aiming to improve how your body feels and operates, not just how it looks.
Under my guidance you will learn breathing techniques, stress reduction techniques, movement and sustainable dietary change which doesn’t leave you feeling overwhelmed and ready to quit. I'm certain I can help you meet your goals.
I appreciate that each person I meet is uniquely different - tailoring a plan to meet their own unique goals, strengths/weaknesses and life situation. No two are the same to me.
Wether you’ve never exercised before, or, you’re slightly more advanced in your fitness journey and looking to progress further, I’m here to help guide you through the process. I have experience coaching anywhere from complete beginners, to junior national level athletes in the sport of powerlifting
