He is able to sync a wide range of cardio and strength-based workout plans in to a busy lifestyle in order to allow individuals to make significant gains related to their diet, physique and overall work-life balance. We contracted Tom late last year to work with our 16 year old son who wanted to lose weight and get fit. Whilst, as parents, we offered him advice, it took Tom, as a great trainer and not "the parents", to inspire and motivate our son. I was due to run my first tough mudder. 13+ miles over big hills and valleys. I would be running with accomplished runners and I needed a LOT of extra training.
