I started sessions with Mel at a time when I needed to get fit, had some spare time (I had retired) but lacked self discipline to exercise regularly. That was over four years ago and I still look forward to our sessions every week. They are hard work but fun with different exercises every session and Mel's endless enthusiasm and encouragement. By conducting a thorough consultation, I can can assess their clients’ fitness baseline, identify any existing health issues, and understand their goals and preferences. This information enables me to design tailored workout routines, set realistic goals, and establish a plan that aligns with the client’s needs and abilities.

As a Personal trainer, I help my clients set long term realistic goals that you will be able to achieve but I will also be able to keep you on track to hit those goals. I can educate you on all aspects of health, fitness and exercise and when it comes to your fitness goals, having a proper understanding of what is required for you to reach those goals is incredibly empowering. I can be able to help you become further educated on how your nutrition plays a role in your fitness journey, what exercises target which muscles and I can ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximise results.
