Having trained with Anika over the last 8 weeks I’ve seen some really interesting results, it’s so great to learn about my nutrition and how much of a big part it plays in the aspect of my weight loss goal, I’ve loved our one to one sessions? Working with anika has been a real pleasure, my fitness journey with her so far has been surprisingly effective I’ve lost 4 lbs in the last two weeks of training with her, toning up, eating cleaner & feeling more confident in my body day by day, I’m so glad I took the jump and invested in myself to get a coach and I’m lucky to have someone with me week in week out as good as anika :)

Diet is 80% of the battle, if you can make a lifestyle change to educate yourself on what you fuel your body with then it will have a huge knock on effect to your entire mindset towards food, balancing meals and working out, which in turn will leave you feeling empowered in your day to day life.

We help clients work one on one to achieve their goals, we offer so much more than just providing our clients with an intimidation free environment to workout in, or teaching them how to lift weights properly, there is so much more we offer in terms of lifestyle value that enhances the performance of our clients, leaving them motivated for more which in turn leads onto incredible results.

There should never be an end goal when it comes to achieving the physique you're after. It's always good to have an idea in mind of where you want to be; whether that means dropping a few dress sizes or feeling confident in that bikini. I want to help you women to understand that you need to enjoy the process to getting these results, if you can make fitness part of your lifestyle then you will have results that last a lifetime, not just a 12 week program.

I am so passionate about changing people's lives, I go over and above any of my competitors to offer a bespoke service that is genuine where my clients and I are well invested in each others work. I've worked with Workout Coach over the last few years building experience and gaining knowledge on how to specialise in my particular field, and women seem to feel very comfortable with me working one on one where they can relate to my personality. I stay motivated by making my clients motivated.

We offer fully private personal training in central southsea, we have our own fully private facility for training one on one sessions with our clients. We offer outdoor sessions too if that is as of interest, as well as bootcamp classes, nutritional plans and so much more. We create a bespoke nutritional plan to guide you through your lifestyle change, working one on one to achieve your fitness goals and tracking your calories to maintain a balanced yet flexible lifestyle where you can still eat the foods you want to eat and get results that actually last. We offer tailored training programmes to fit your individual needs, whether that be fat loss, toning up, weight loss or building muscle we offer a whole variety of bespoke options for you moving forwards to keep you on track and start seeing results from your gym workouts.

A new avenue we are offering is women only bootcamps classes for those that want to get in shape, be social and fun doing so...but as a group. Our bootcamp classes mainly take place throughout the summer but can be whenever upon request, we just need a minimum of 3 people to participate. Message me to find out more info.
