Before I even start my review, I have to say that Miros (New U Fitness & nutrition) is absolutely worth investing your money in . I have experienced personal training gyms like The Camp Transformation, and my experience with Miros has been better, hands down. I have been training with Miros since September of 2019 and I purchased the 3 month, 2 times a week plan. I am currently pregnant, so I did not have any weight loss goals necessary; my goal was to stay healthy and strong throughout my pregnancy. I specifically asked to work on/tone my glutes and arms. I did not ask her for a meal plan due to my condition, but she has given me very helpful tips/advice on how to adjust my diet for the better .I have enjoyed every workout with Miros, her workouts are fun and challenging. After every session I have lots of focused/positive energy and I'm in a good mood all day .This has been extremely helpful throughout my pregnancy, because I believe these workouts are helping to keep my hormones in balance (this is how I perceive the effects, anyways). I had never looked into getting fit proactively before. I enjoyed activities such as hiking and that was enough for me. But after a couple of years of sedantary lifestyle, I started realizing how I couldn't do some of the activities as easily. A small uphill climb or more than two flights of stairs started getting me breathless. This coincided with the time I secured a spot in a hike I wanted to go for years. I realized I wouldn't be able to enjoy the hike just because of the pathetic levels of my fitness.Cardio was not something I enjoyed and I had no experience in strength training. I could look at some workouts on the internet but I wasn't sure if I would get any results without a knowledge or structure. Also, I was committed to doing it right even if going to the gym terrified me. I decided hiring a PT was a way to go forward and zereod in on Miros. When I approached her with my concerns, she was extremely receptive, talked in length about my goals. As a newbie, I had a plethora of questions and Miros always got back to me with answers, recording additional videos if I needed them. I started seeing how effective her workout program was within the first few weeks itself. Her exercise programs were designed to suit me and she always listened when certain exercises didn't sit well with me. Before I began my Journey with Miros, I worried about judgment and people seeing how out of shape and fat I was, but when you first meet Miros she is the sweetest person and won't make you feel uncomfortable with your body AT ALL, given the fact that she's fit! And that's what I most liked about her when I first met her. Because It meant that I would trust her to guide me to a better, healthier lifestyle. When I first started in 2018 with her, I was ready to give it my all, but I had the hardest time changing my mentality. I went in with a mindset that it would be a "quick fix," and it wasn't. And I often thought maybe it's the workouts or the meals, but I was wrong. It was me tweaking the meal plan a whole lot to the point it wouldn't ultimately work. However, now after a year in a half, I can say I've lost weight and feel more confident in my body, and I enjoy going for runs and working out because it releases the stress that would often lead to binge eating. And now, I can eat a cookie and not quit my diet and not workout ultimately for one mistake I committed. Ive learned from Miros that Moderation and balance is everything. However, thanks to Miro's persistence and guided help, I have been able to improve in many ways. My stamina and muscles have grown since then. I was not an athletic person. I was intimidated by the gym. I had a bad trial session with a personal trainer. I had almost no experience with lifting weights. I had no balance, core or upper body strength. But Miros completely changed all that!I had a great 6 month training experience with Miros. During every workout session, she pushed me to my limit. It took me 2 YEARS of just thinking about doing a spin class before I plucked up courage to give it a go. I hadn't done any formal exercise for years and I was a bit concerned that I would,
1. Not be able to do it.
2. Make a complete idiot of myself.
3. Not have the right things to wear.
4. Not be able to keep up with everyone else.
I can honestly say that I was made to feel very welcome, I was shown how to prep the bike so it was set up for me and my ability.
I was guided though the class and made to feel that it was ok to go at my own pace.
It's early days I think I've done about 8 classes now - I LOVE it and I'm getting stronger with every session. The studio is lovely and spotless - the bikes are in a row so no one is parked behind your BUM! And you can easily focus on your own session and build on it each week. The music is great too! I have always been reluctant to attend Spin classes as in the past I have found them difficult and have struggled to feel the benefit but with Petra's classes my views have changed dramatically.
The combination of the latest bikes that can be tailored to your personal fitness levels with colour coding to show you exactly how much effort you are putting in rather than guess work on other spin bikes.
The small classes of eight and clear instructions and modern bikes makes this more rewarding and enjoyable.

I needed a bit of a push and this is exactly what I was looking for, I feel so much stronger since starting with Michael and my fitness has definitely increased.
I have lost weight but most importantly I've increased my muscle % and lowered the fat in my body.
I work out twice a week, which is great because we can focus on different muscle groups on each day and he brings everything that you need for the workout and then some ... battle ropes in the garden when it's warm :)
The training has changed since I started in order to best fit my needs, focusing on strengthening when I started and now progressively increasing my cardio in the sessions while still doing weight and HITT Training.
And the best thing is that he comes to my house which makes it super convenient and easy to fit in and on top of that as long as I give enough notice he is very flexible to work around me. More...
I have started my training with Miros about 5 months ago. I had gained a lot of fat and I had back pain issues for which I wanted personal trainer. When I first met Miros I didn't even know how to do pushups or squat or any kind of exercise. I told her about my lower back pain issues as well, and she has designed my exercise plan accordingly. Our first few weeks were about strengthening my lower back and she always keeps a check on my health during training sessions.Its been 5 months now and she has done an amazing job training me to reach my goals. She makes really good meal plans that includes the food I like. She is really flexible with times and If I have to cancel due to some emergency or sickness she is pretty helpful about it. I feel so healthy about my body now and I don't think so I would have been able to do all this without her. I love the way she encourages during training. Miros is a wonderful trainer! She is really invested in her clients health and fitness. She always has new workouts and exercises to teach me and has helped me reach my fitness goals in such a short time. Its only been 3 weeks, but I already see progress by the toned definition in my arms and quads! She demonstrates each exercise and makes sure my form is good. I came across Miros and New U Fitness &a Nutrition through yelp after 2 years of trying to loose my baby weight on my own. I've been training with New U fitness trainer Miros for 3 months now. I've never been athletic or fit before training with Miros mostly due to severe asthma. I am half way through my 6 months program and my body has never felt so good! The workouts are intense and are always changing to challenge you more. I loved my whole experience with Miros. The progress photos speak for themselves. My body has changed! She really focused on what my goals were and how to achieve them. I've been with Miros for 3 months now and I've loss significant visual weight-loss. With meal plans, cardio workouts, and weight training. I not only physically feel stronger, but also mentally. She constantly reminds me that I can physically do better if I mentally can believe it. There was times where i didnt feel like going and she encouraged me to do it. One of my friends knew that I was starting to work out again and knew that I was having a hard time pushing myself. I was very skeptical about it at first, I was nervous that I wouldn't be comfortable with, yet, another trainer. My friend swore up and down that she was amazing, and she is unlike any other trainer. So I contacted her and we set up a time and place for the first free training. The first time was amazing. She asked me simple questions about my eating habits and what I wanted to achieve. She had me do a couple strength and endurance tests to see where I was at. She offered a 3, 6 or 12 month plan. I went with the 6! The great part about it is, she works around my schedule! It can be hard when your schedule changes every week, but Miros is VERY flexible and VERY understanding. She can either go to your gym, a park near you, or you can go to her! She has all the equipment you can ever need in her trunk so she is always ready! So I've been working for a little over 2 months now, and I already see huge results! She had me download an app, so it will be easier for me to track what I eat. And she tells me where I need to be at with my eating habits. And it has helped me SO much! She even offers meal prepping services. She does it all! Her workouts are fun and challenging! They are never boring and always make a difference! She takes progress pictures of you every two weeks. Before My wife started training with Miros She had horrible back pain and she couldn't do simple everyday things like walking, sitting, or standing for too long without her back hurting. Miros first contacted her through a friend that she was training at the time and after a few calls of her being persistent, we scheduled a training session. There they went over my wife's goals and Miros explained to her how she can help her with training. She loved the workout she put her through and my wife knew that only good things could come out of working out and training on a consistent basis with Miros. So she signed up for a 3 month program to try it out (she was working out with her 2x per week to start off) and after those 3 months she felt a HUGE difference in how she felt and my back pain was a little less. She decided to continue training with her for another 3 months and she could not be happier with her decision. Her back pain was almost gone and she was able to do so much more with very minimal to no back pain, it was nothing compared to how she was when she first started. Miros put her through a lot of strength exercises and it was crazy seeing her body get stronger as the weeks went by. Miros is my current personal trainer. We met at the gym and I was drawn to her body and strength ! I knew what I needed to do to but I did not have the motivation.
