My wife bought me a voucher for a session with Jay as a Xmas present and I’m very glad she did. After a challenging but enjoyable first session I was keen to sign up for more. Jay is a very experienced and knowledgeable trainer and tailors the workout to push you to the limits of your abilities. He has a good sense of humour too which makes it fun. Jay is my 76 year old mum’s personal trainer. They started to work together in her 75th year. Mum has come in leaps and bounds since they started. Her gait is more stable. She sits with good balance and now walks faster. She initially lost 4kg in weight in 2 months and more is coming off. He motivates her, encourages her and works with her at her pace. He listens and ensures that he follows a tailored plan along side mum’s hospital consultants and physiotherapist. He advised her on lifestyle changes which she can follow. Jay set up a circuit in my garden, 20 mins spin to warm up, 20 mins HIIT, 20 mins boxing.
Great for toning and weight loss in the convenience of your own home.

Jay has given me a meal plan that works great alongside our training. Amazingly I am losing around 0.5 kg a week on this plan, as long as its incorporated with my training, no pain no gain, or loss in my case.
He has provided me with a lot of information on what I've been doing wrong over years and added some quick easy fixes that are really working. I even get to have my favourite snack, as long as its not over 150 calories!! I'm 6 weeks into my 12 week plan and I cannot be more happier.

The March lockdown doing Zoom online training, 30 mins HIIT and 30 strength and conditioning, i have kept the lockdown weight off 😁
Jay is experienced and has been very strict on keeping my correct form and breathing, this has been a great help since i have had problems with this in the past
