Hi, I’m Dale Johnson and from a young age I have been passionate about fitness. When I am not helping clients reach their fitness goals, I am participating & competing in football, cricket & boxing.

I want to help you feel good by improving your personal fitness. Whether you want to boost your health, increase energy levels, lose weight or simply keep up with your kids. Whatever your fitness goal, I offer a no nonsense approach to training, with sessions tailored to suit you.

A trainer provides the extra motivation you need to reach and exceed your goals, I offer encouragement and support that you do not get training alone. Keep exercise fresh and interesting with unique programs customised to fit your needs, whilst maintaining focus and direction.

DSJ fitness training is based wherever you are. Sessions can be held anywhere, including your local park or the comfort of your own home, no need to set foot in a gym. Choose one to one training or aim for joint results with a friend or family member.
