Hi,

I'm Caitlin (owner of F!T Personal Training). I'm a fully qualified Level 2 Fitness Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer. I love finding interesting and sustainable ways to keep people active and healthy. I provide bespoke training plans for all my clients, along with nutritional guidance and routine management.

Hard work! Luckily, when training with me, I will guide you and inform you on the work that needs to be done, then you just need to do it! Diet is key in complimenting the hard work that you're putting into your training and also in improving your mood and energy levels. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or training for strength or mental wellbeing, my experience in all these fields helps my clients to be proud of their progression towards getting their 'dream body'.

I love learning more about people's lives and how I can help them to create more productive and rewarding routines. I find that fitness is a good outlet for negative emotions, as well as positive ones, and training has helped me to develop my independence, determination and self-confidence.

I love fitness and learning new ways to improve overall wellbeing, and have years of experience in this field myself, being a county athlete. I wanted to make a difference to people's lives and decided to start my own business to do this.

I am a knowledgeable and independent trainer with experience to back my methods. I have personal experience in areas such as weight management, muscle development, specific sport training and exercise for mental wellbeing. I love training people who need more interesting workouts and extra motivation and my overall aim with regards to my clients is to create training programmes which they enjoy.

Yes! I provide online coaching as well as face-to-face sessions. My online coaching sessions provide clients with programmed workouts, nutritional guidance and regular check-ins. These 3 services, along with optional add-ons, ensure that my clients progress towards their goals.

I provide online coaching as an alternative or add on to face-to-face sessions. In my face-to-face sessions you can request that I wear a mask as your trainer and clean the kit before use. We will always clean the kit after use to ensure it is clean for the next users.

Services

As your Online Personal Trainer I will provide you with bespoke plans, nutritional guidance and help with aspects of training such as goal setting and routine planning. I will also ensure that we have a weekly or fortnightly check-in session of around 15 minutes to assess how you're getting on with your plan and if anything needs changing. I love coaching clients face-to-face as it means we can both be more involved in the training, and therefore adapt sessions to suit that client's particular preferences. It also helps me to gather information on gym equipment experience, mobility, cardiovascular function and strength, which can be very useful when creating effective and interesting training plans. I train clients of all abilities, backgrounds and personalities and enjoy working my sessions around the individual themselves. I particularly enjoy training clients who want to grow muscle or lose fat, as these are some of the areas I struggled with myself when I first got into fitness.
