Although the sessions can be hard I always try to make them fun also to keep the client engaged. Accountability is also key so progress tracking regularly.

Its not always about losing weight it's about boosting your confidence. What works for one doesn't work for all. Whatever you consume you must burn more. Calorie deficit.

I love meeting all different types of people. I love seeing clients achieve their goals feel good in their skin and regain lost confidence.

I wanted more flexibility with my hours to work around my football and my son.

I'm fun and determined. I believe in results and I push clients to achieve those. I'm not a pt that just sits back and takes money I want clients to achieve their goals and see progress week on week as they train.

I can do online training, remote training or from my studio which I built in 2021.

The studio is fully sanitised after each client. Hand gel is also provided and the studio is well ventilated. Clients are ask if they have any covid symptoms before coming for their sessions.
