What do you love most about your job?

Quite honestly, I just love writing! I like helping individuals, businesses and charities create content that will help sell or promote their products or services to their target audience.
I know some people find writing hard - it doesn't come naturally to everyone. We all have different talents and it makes sense to buy in expertise (in the form of me!) to do the bits of the business you find hard. In the long run it saves you time and money.
And I get to be my own boss - so when I want a day off, I just have to ask myself... and I usually say... yes!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I had been thinking about setting myself up in business as a freelance copywriter for a couple of years when I was suddenly and unexpectedly made redundant from a job I loved. When I got over the shock, I decided it was a sign for me to do what I'd always dreamt of doing and the rest, as they say, is history! Although who would've thought a pandemic would've been thrown into the mix?

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Not really relevant - I work from home and do all my work over email/phone. Obviously in my personal life I take great care and do everything I can to protect my health. I've been volunteering at a vaccination centre, too, which has been hugely rewarding.
