1. WHAT PROBLEM DOES MY COACHING SOLVE?
I help people with their life difficulties, dilemmas, challenges and to discover their opportunities. I can see their situation from a perspective view, from a completely different aspect and really help them to see other options and other ways to approach it.

I also help people to establish more empowering habits. What we do daily, often translates in to weeks, then months and eventually into years! So I believe that habits are one of the most important areas to improve our life with. If we want a change we need to identify our limiting beliefs and what we currently do wrong. “What habits do we need to eliminate and what new ones do we need to introduce?” One part of my coaching is “fixing” and improving people’s mindset and encouraging new options they have. Especially in areas where they think they are stuck.

We also work together to set an action plan – a set of tasks which gets them closer to the goals or change desired. Common areas include: career change, relationship situations, setting and executing goals/dreams, change bad habits to more productive ones, gain more confidence, establish more competence, business issues, start up advice, anything health and fitness related – body composition and nutrition, identifying inhibiting beliefs and establishing more powerful ones.

2. WHY IS COACHING WORTH TRYING AND BUYING?
Because it moves you and your life forward. You might have been stuck for ages and have not progressed to a place you wanted to be over last couple of years and that, I find is sad and frankly, wasted time.

We all need some help with something and those who seek and find the help will move forward with their life much faster and achieve their goals earlier and quicker. They will be more satisfied and fulfilled. It’s worth it! Often we need that missing perspective and certainty from someone else.

3. WHO IS MY COACHING FOR?
I prefer to work with ambitious and driven people but I don’t want to limit my coaching to just those people. I’m happy to work with anyone who seeks help, who is willing to commit to my program and put the effort in. I love to work with people who want to achieve their goals, improve their life in some way and don’t settle until they get there. This could be someone who achieved a certain level of success already but wants to take it to another level.

And lastly, I want to work with people who I “click” with, who I get on well with and have a mutual understanding.
