I set up Claudia Sabina Wellness after my experiences both as a nurse and as a mum. Often when we work in caring roles, be that paid or unpaid, we neglect to care for ourselves first. It took me nearing burnout to wake up and realise I needed to make some changes. I prioritised my self-care, showing myself the love I deserved which enables me to be present and enjoy the moments with my children, my partner and perform my best at work. I had to overcome a lot of limiting beliefs and I used a variety of different self-development tools in my healing journey and I am excited to share these with you. I offer one-to-one coaching on either a pay as you go basis or as part of a self-love package. What makes me different from other self-love/ life coaches? I use my experiences of rebuilding after an abusive relationship, recovering from postnatal depression, being a (previously) single mother and 17 years as a nurse to help my clients transform their relationships with themselves and reach their goals.
I absolutely love getting to know people, helping them change their relationship with themselves and seeing the knock on effect that has on their whole life. I went into nursing to help people and now I get to do that both as a nurse and as a coach.
My personal journey of recovering from an abusive relationship, becoming a single mum, and then figuring out who I was alongside caring for a young baby by myself, learning how to have a healthy loving relationship then healing from post-natal depression. I want to share everything that I've learnt, I want to normalise conversations about how people are really and overall help people improve their mindset, improve their self-love and reach their goals.

All my services are online so you can have your coaching sessions from the comfort of your own home, no having to travel or arrange childcare etc. I can offer limited evening/ weekend appointments too.
