At Your Best Fitness is a company I started during the pandemic which is a live online cardio workout through the use of Zoom. Most adults either do not have time to go to a gym or do not feel comfortable at a gym. My online workouts are a way all adults can train from the comfort of their own home with a certified trainer while feeling a sense of community (which you do not get from watching a pre recorded workout video).

I started here since February and started to see the result. I have lost 13 pounds since joining. All the coaches are enthusiastic and caring. They offered many classes starting with boxing, kick boxing, BJJ, Daily Ultimate Training (DUT) and Muay Thai. I have taken many of the classes and enjoys each one of them. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is willing to push themselves. This gym is for people who want to lose weight, condition, tone and learn how to defend themselves.

Oh, man.. it’s been a crazy 6 six weeks. When I started this journey, I set a goal to be healthier, to get stronger..Self-discipline really isn’t my strong suit, so I looked for a way to consistently pursue fitness. I found it in FBBC — the trainers are amazing, so helpful, and so encouraging. They honestly believed I could go further than I thought. The first few weeks, I remember thinking, “what the hell did I get myself into..?” I struggled with the workouts — my energy was still dragging and I would keep giving up in the middle of my sets. Now, I’m excited to workout. Don’t get me wrong.. I still wanna die in the middle of it — the trainers push hard — but now I know I can do it & I WANT to. I know I can push out that one more rep. I know I can grab that heavier weight. My muscles are visibly developing & my energy is way up. I love how both my mind and body has changed. I’m so grateful for the FBBC family and I’m excited to continue my fitness journey with them. :)
Neighborhood Gym is a local private training facility with group classes and 1 on 1 NASM certified personal training. We offer a variety of class times throughout the day. Our gym is accessible through an app with your membership, miss a class, you can come in on your own time and our programming is all laid out for you on our app, with workouts as well as video tutorials. We also offer remote programming, with remote programming, you have access to a training app where all the workouts are laid out for you to easily do them from home. Our personal training programs are specifically designed for you and your goals. We have a wide flexibility on time for personal training session. All session however must take place at our location. Whether you're coming in for a group class or personal training session, the 1st class or session is free at no obligation to you. For personal training, 1st session is free, after that, rates are: 1 session 75 10 sessions 650 20 sessions 1000 Sessions are paid for in advance. We saw a need for a specialized gym in the area that had programming unlike any other gym, so we all came together to open a gym where everyone was welcome and we could help them grow, as we grow.

We do provide remote programming via our app. If you can't make it into the gym, we're willing to work with you.
