It's not a big facility. Or corporate. No steaming masses of people waiting for gym equipment. It's just a cool, breezy, sun-filled, well-equipped little fitness studio where I put my clients through their paces. Here we burn fat and build muscle, sculpt bodies into personal works of art, and add balance and flexibility to your day. Whether you want to trim down or tone up, I work closely with each client to make sure she gets a full-body workout, customizing each movement, weight, and repetition to reach her fitness goals.

What can I say......she is an amazing trainer! She keeps you on track and a wonderful motivator. Since I've been training with Tiara my body has gotten stronger, I feel so much better and I can actually see the physical changes in my body. When we first started I could not do push-ups at all. I would do them from my knees but now she has been challenging me and I am so proud to say that I am now doing push-ups from a bench at an incline. CRAZY!! Never thought at the age of 52 I would be able to do these. I have also struggled with high blood pressure for the past couple of years and since training with Tiara and along with some diet changes I no longer take the pills. My blood pressure has been at the normal healthy levels at my past several doctor visits. Thank you Tiara for all you have done for my health and for my body!! I look forward to continuing our wonderful work-outs sessions! For those of you who want to make a change and want a wonderful personal trainer, I highly recommend checking out Fitbody by Tiara. Just try one of her sessions once and you will definitely be impressed and want to continue your journey and health goals with her! She will customize a workout and or meal plan for whatever your needs are. Get in while you can, I'm sure her sessions will fill up fast!

I believe what sets me apart as a coach and a trainer is my ability to be empathetic to the vulnerability and mental blocks that often come with the struggle of weight gain and unhealthy living. I pull from first hand experience as I had to take on a massive weight loss journey myself. I equally practice confronting my clients comfort zones and challenging them to embrace the uncomfortable.

ABOUT Roseville Strength and Conditioning is a private gym located in old town Roseville. It is owned and operated by Casey Wilson. Since March of 2001 Casey has been a Professional Fitness Trainer. Casey has helped over 500 personal training clients achieve their fitness goals, lose weight, improve their performance in sports, and look and feel better. While many trainers may spend a few years working with clients part-time or as a side job, he has poured himself into making a full-time career of improving your experience of healthy living.

I just started training with Casey in June. I was coming off a car accident that left me physically unable to do the type of activity I was used to. As a former fitness junkie, this was a big disappointment. Each time I tried to get myself back into shape, I would end up hurting myself so I decided it was time to hire a professional.I explained all my challenge to Casey and he designed a program that would enable me to build strength without injury. Casey challenges me, but doesn't push to the point of physical pain.I'm 6 weeks into the training program and I can already feel the difference. I am physically stronger, I don't have pain and I am starting to see results. I intend to stick it out for the long haul confident that I will get where I want to be by the end of the year - I want to be one of those reveals! If you want a trainer that works with you and not against you, then you need to go see Casey!

The 90 Day Total Transformation Program with Shelby has been amazing and life changing! This program has helped transform my life in the best ways – I feel healthier, more energized, and confident in myself. Every week I learned something new that helped me to create a healthy and meaningful lifestyle. This program has helped me to have a healthy relationship with food, gain self-awareness of my physical and emotional health, and helped me gain the self-confidence I needed! None of this would have been attainable without Shelby as my coach. She is truly so amazing at giving you the guidance that you need to meet your goals. She helped me navigate through my struggles, reassured me when my confidence was low, and gave me so much motivation to keep on going! Shelby is such an awesome and inspiring coach, I am so thankful to have been able to work with her!

My name is Delanee. Two years ago I delt with the agonizing pain of 2 slipped discs. Unsatisfied with the suggestion of pain pills or surgery, I began endless research of how to tackle sciatic pain. This experience began my own quest of solving the pain on my own terms. Changing my diet, refining my fitness routine, and gaining certified knowledge are the reasons I am pain free today.

During the last 3 years, I have watched my children become body-strong and confident athletes at Free Flow. They understand risk, and they take strong, powerful action safely. This is not a shiny, slick gym with neon lights and a spa. This is a real-life, get sweaty gym with an environment of supportive and kind coaches who will help anyone who wants to improve their fitness and develop their skills.

The Life Changer Training Institute has totally transformed my wife and I. We have great energy levels and great results! The group training is an amazing motivational force because everyone is working together like a team to get the same results. I have dropped almost half of my body fat percentage, built muscle, and lost 25lbs in less than 3 months! Many thanks to Rudy and Josh for making it possible.

Achieving fitness goals takes consistent work in the gym, but more importantly, consistency in the kitchen! I make sure my clients get both through customizing functional workout routines that are fun and effective along with creating meal plans to support their new workouts.
Think long term! It doesn't take a month to fall out of shape, so don't plan on getting back into shape in a month. The cold, hard truth isn't what anyone wants to hear, but understanding that will help you take small steps everyday towards the body of your dreams. Small steps add up fast!
My absolute favorite part of my job is helping people see what they are capable of. We all want to look good, but when clients come back and tell me how easy their lives get from their workouts (repairing injuries, running further, hiking a mountain, beating a friend in a sport, etc.), that is when I get the most out of my job.
I started my own business when the corporation I worked for started diminishing what they offered the clients. What started as 60 minute sessions at $, turned into 45 minute sessions for $$. Then came the low quality supplements they were trying to force me to sell. I knew opening my own business would give me the control to bring a better experience to everyone I worked with.
That is for you to decide. I have years of experience in training for sports, creating meal plans and training clients, but at the end of the day, personal training is just that...personal! I'm here to help anyone and everyone that would like to train with me. I absolutely love what I do and I think my training reflects that, but I also understand we have to mesh to make it all work....so I hope we do!
Should I work out every day of the week?
It depends on your end goal. If you’re training for a marathon, you might work out nearly every day of the week. If you’re a low-level beginner, a minimum of three times a week is enough to make a noticeable impact. No matter what you’re working out for, everyone needs rest and recovery days. Without them, your muscles won’t be able to recuperate and grow strong, so remember to factor in some down-time, too!
Where can I have my personal training sessions?
Pretty much anywhere! The great thing about personal training is that it’s flexible - as long as you have the necessary equipment, you and your instructor can decide to have your sessions from the gym, your home, the park, or even your office if you want to!
Does my fitness instructor need to know anything about me?
Yes! First of all, they will chat with you about your goals, and discuss the best way to achieve them. They should also ask you to fill in a consent form to check that you don’t have any pre-existing health conditions that could impact your exercise. They’ll also carry out a health assessment to get a better idea of your current fitness level, tailoring your workout plan around that.
What does a standard personal training session involve?
It's tricky to say, as personal training sessions vary significantly depending on what you want to achieve and the type of workout. Generally, one personal training session tends to last forty-five minutes to one hour. It will start with a gentle warm-up, followed by the nitty-gritty of the actual workout, with stretches to end the session. Remember, warming up and stretching is essential for injury prevention - it’s just as important as the main part of the workout!
What qualifications should a personal trainer have?
A personal trainer needs to be clued up on all aspects of fitness, from the most effective exercise techniques to nutrition and human anatomy- that’s a lot of responsibility! You need to make sure your professional is suitably qualified for the job. After all, you shouldn’t cut corners when it comes to investing in your health. Make sure your trainer has the minimum qualifications required to practice. In the UK, this is the Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
Can I get a Personal Trainer online?
Absolutely! Online personal training has become increasingly popular as more people are looking to maintain their fitness during lockdowns and gyms closing. As long as you and your personal trainer have a strong internet connection and a device to stream on like a laptop, tablet or smartphone, there's no reason why your session can't be delivered remotely.
