I enjoy assisting people in their quest to achieve and excel in their given calling. I have been fortunate to combine my two passions...buisness and coaching. My career started in education, where I taught and coached at the college & high school level. Then I moved into the corporate world where I honed my craft in sales, marketing, leadership while climbing the ladder and earning an executive level position in a global pharmaceutical company. After going through a M&A situation, I opened my business and executive coaching & consulting firm, where for the last 16 years I have the freedom to lead and develop others through a customized yet systematic process that provides different perspectives to solution development that ensures results in a principled way!
My family inspired me to open my own firm. After years of traveling around the world as well as domestically...sometimes in the same week (ugh!), I have been able to control my time and location which has enabled me to be engaged consistently with my beautiful bride and my twin daughters.
There are many reasons but most importantly is my practical yet effective approach to assisting people in their growth & development. I have sat in many seats and have experienced the challenges and opportunities of leading teams in education/athletics, corporate, non-profit as well as being a business owner. My Mission is to Serve, Mentor & Inspire successful business leaders like you to grow, develop and enhance your knowledge and experience by learning & applying the principles of servant leadership while providing the tools, resources and accountability that support your quest for excellence and achievement in a profitable way. Before I found Heal and Thrive I was just starting to enter the workforce after graduating and struggling with time management, organization, and routines. Every professional working with Heal and Thrive also has ADHD, which made me feel understood. My coach Katie is great at making things fun and engaging, like encouraging me to watch a movie while folding laundry! She helps guide conversations and keep me focused. I haven’t had any complaints about working with her. Heal & Thrive is an organization that helps people with ADHD find practical strategies, systems, and routines to make life easier. Everyone I've encountered has been understanding and good at celebrating accomplishments. I would recommend Heal and Thrive Psychotherapy and Coaching to friends, as there's nothing wrong with needing help! Sometimes all it takes is having some accountability or someone to help you problem-solve.
