Hello, my name is Jeremy, and I have been involved in the fitness community in San Diego for 20 years. I connected with Jeremy on LinkedIn. I was suffering weight gain due to a dog bite injury and I was overwhelmed and losing hope. I began working with Jeremy about 9 months ago after having not set foot in a gym since college (40 yrs) and in the first 6 months I was able to gain 8 lbs of muscle while losing 30 pounds of fat. So far I've gone down 5 notches on my belt and 2 sizes on my shirt. My goal is to be in better shape than I was in college and at the age of 62 I'm closing in on it. I have been a client for about 6 months with JM fitness. I am 64 male that was way over weight, unhealthy and very out of shape. Jeremy, set me up with a work out, nutrition, supplements, showed me how to do it, explained why to do it. He also set an app up that makes a new lifestyle very easy to follow. I am down 40 lbs, have gained tons of muscle, my doctor says my health has not been this good in many years.
It is not easy, you have to do the work, that said it is simple, follow the program and you will get great results. If you are serious, get with Jeremy, I am glad I did!

I’ve been working with Jeremy for the last 6 weeks and am down a total of 19lbs! We meet 3 times a weeks for coaching in the gym and have access to his app which provides great information on diets and different types of workouts. He’s great to work with!

In order to best serve my clients it's important that I get to know them first. I like to have a conversation with them to get clarity regarding their goals as well as their WHY (the reason they want to train) . Once that is established, I like to find out more about their experience as well as their starting point. From there we can start formulating a game plan as to how we are going to create the change that they want in their life.

What I love most about my job is the joy I experience when people achieve their goals. No job in my past has ever given me that.

Having been a lifelong Fitness Enthusiast and Martial Artist, I wanted to find a way to do what I love as a full time career.

I eliminate the noise and confusion of how to get in shape. Over the past 20 years I have done almost every single type of training and diet out there and I know what works and what doesn't. I provide the straightest path possible to achieve long-term fitness gains.

I mainly provide online and remote services. If someone is located close to me in San Diego, I may be able to take them on as an in-person client.

Remote services eliminates the risk of me spreading Covid to a client.
