Simply, I got tired of all the industry's BS.

All of the nonsense of "Lose 20lbs in 3 weeks" or these crazy workouts that hurt people's bodies. I hated it.

I wanted to create a place where people could lose weight, get stronger, have fun in a sustainable and safe way.

I wanted to change the focus from crazy fad diets, to eating habits that allowed you to enjoy and live your life.

LIFELONG STRONG is our motto, and it embraces the fact that we are playing the long game now.
