Once a month my clients and I do measurements and goal setting. Once a week I check in to make sure they are on the right path.
There is no "typical" session as I individually tailor programs for each client based on their specific goal. For general health & fitness, clients arrive at the session a few minutes early to start their warm-up and dynamic stretching regimen as prescribed by me.
I have known and worked with Morgan since 2009. I was a client of hers at 24 Hour Fitness and followed her once she ventured out on her own. Stellar instructors and workout. The variety of classes is great - Body Tonics can be a little more classical and focused on core/balance/mobility, while the Power+Flows can really get you sweating with higher resistance and intensity. I love how it challenges my body, allowing me to feel stronger and reach new goals. The instructors are all well-trained, attentive to form, and always have innovative exercises to keep us engaged. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the studio is clean, and the equipment is top-notch. Other practical stuff: street parking has never been a huge problem even on street-cleaning days, the app is very user-friendly, and there are enough classes offered at different times of the day to fit your schedule. Love this place and feel so fortunate that it has become a big part of my life!
