How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

My passion for fitness has grown tremendously throughout the 20 years of personal training and the interactions with the many different people across California and Arizona. Over the years, I have gained experience training clients ranging from children as young as 8 to seniors in their 80's with goals spanning from losing weight, building confidence, training for fire academies and military preparation. I have trained more than 20,000 1-hour sessions across a broad range of fitness levels, body types and all the mental obstacles associated. There is little I cannot program for.

Proper nutrition, consistency and the right training plan.

What do you love most about your job?

The challenge of each individual I meet. The joy of watching the transformations unfold and the relationships I build along the way.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Training at a corporate facility doesn't allow trainers to tap into their true potential due to strict demands in sessions sold vs quality sessions serviced. At Pasadena Strength & Conditioning facilities trainers are not held to any projected numbers instead they are encouraged to build on strengths and train in the way they prefer allowing them to advance further in their careers.
