The first thing I offer to all my clients is my True Living Program. This is a nutritional text designed to educate you on quality food and strategies needed in order to live a healthy lifestyle. The program contains over 100 different food options, provides 12 easy to make meals, education on sustainable eating, detox strategies and valuable resources that will encourage continuous education.
Personal Training is something I provide for those in the San Antonio area to compliment a healthy active lifestyle. My training style is functionality focused. I provide workouts that are catered to your body’s specific needs. Flexibility, strength, endurance, and body maintenance are areas in which I will help you excel.
It is my first priority to get you healthy as well as help you make the lifestyle changes needed in order for you live an energetic disease free life. My second priority is to assist you in becoming physically fit so that you may have fun and perform in any physically demanding activity you desire.
