1st Comes Health

Camden County

1st Comes Health offers a person an opportunity, through its BRINGING HEALTHY BACK THREE-MONTH PLAN and its OPTIMAL HEALTH JOURNEY SIX MONTH PLAN , to transform his or her life through the use of the Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) and through the use of its Health Coaching Program. Many people with different medical conditions that plagued them for years, e.g.,chronic pain, (neck, back, legs, shoulders, knees, migraines) indecisiveness, anxiety, depression, crying spells, anxiousness, excessive sleeping , problems sleeping and leaky bladders, have been eliminated, physically, mentally and emotionally IN THE FIRST THREE WEEKS, as a result of the use of B.E.S.T. The remainder of the program, which is virtual in nature, is designed to support a person's health goals, lifestyle goals and healing transformation as result of the B.E.S.T. treatments. B.E.S.T. is a nonspecific approach to health. It offers an approach to health that reduces stress and balances the systems of the body, including the nervous system, digestive system, circulatory system and hormonal system, so that the body can normalize and reconnect with its ability to eliminate and resolve symptoms and disease on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. Only gentle touch is used. Clothes remain on at all times. Taking off shoes is optional. Wellness Principles established by Dr. M.T. Morter Jr., the creator of B.E.S.T., that help the client understand how they may have become ill are discussed during the Three Consecutive Week course of B.E.S.T. treatments. During the remainder of the Three Month Plan and during the remainder of the Six Month Plan, the Wellness Principles are further expanded upon along with the lifestyle goals to be achieved during the Plan, that include, but are not limited to areas regarding Physical Activity, Relationships, Career, Spirituality and Diet. Ultimately, 1st Comes Health offers a client the opportunity to transform his or her life and the opportunity to understand and evaluate the concept of putting health first in daily living so that optimal health can be experienced in all areas of their lives. Finally, those who are tired of feeling bad come to 1st Comes Health. What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my business is witnessing the healing that takes place on a physical, emotional and mental level as a result of our program and I equally love the opportunity to treat with the modality that we use, the Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.ST) and the opportunity to share our wellness principles.

B.E.S.T. is a gentle healing system where only touch is used to reduce stress and balance the body's systems, including the nervous system, the circulatory system, the hormonal system, etc. Once the body is balanced , one experiences healing through the body's own power. B.E.S.T. is a nonspecific modality that gets to the cause of the discomfort or symptom .

What inspired you to start your own business?

After experiencing healing from a problem that I suffered from for over 30 years by using B.E.S.T., what inspired me to start my own business is the deep desire to share B.E.S.T. with as many people that I can; establishing it as the go to modality for healthcare, before anything else,if possible and to help people realize that their health comes first in daily living; thus my business name, "1st Comes Health".

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose 1st Comes Health because B.E.S.T. gets to the cause of the problem, be it physical, mental or emotional, enabling healing to take place. All of my clients who complete the three weeks of B.E.S.T. treatments, that occur at the beginning of both Plans , resolve their issues and experience healing.

Clients end the program knowing how to take care of themselves and knowing what caused their problem(s) to begin with.
My office is not a revolving door because the client remains actively engaged in taking care of his or health, thus living a transformed life!

Therapist FAQs

This will vary according to the level of experience and training that the therapist holds.

This will depend on where you live, what level of training your therapist has and what they specialise in (whether they are a counsellor, psychotherapist or psychologist) and also how many years of working experience they have.

Your professional therapist will be able to advise you on the full range of therapies available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted therapist today.

You need to devote some time to finding the right therapist as the connection you have with your therapist is essential. You need someone who you can trust, someone you feel comfortable talking to about difficult subjects and intimate secrets, someone who will be a partner in your recovery. Therapy will not be effective unless you have this bond, so take some time in the beginning to find the right person.

It is worth talking to a few potential therapists and asking questions. Therapists also have special areas of focus, such as depression or eating disorders. For some issues, such as trauma or PTSD, seeing a specialist is absolutely essential.

Everyone’s treatment is different. How long your therapy lasts depends on many factors.

You may be offered a single session of counselling, a short course of sessions over a few weeks or months or a longer course that lasts for several months or years.

It can take a number of sessions before you start to see progress but you should gradually start to feel better with the help and support of your trusted Bark therapist.

Professional counsellor training takes three to five years and can be a diploma or degree level. Qualification requires a minimum number of client hours acquired through a work placement.

You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and Bark can show you reviews from past customers who have used their therapy.

Therapy has repeatedly and consistently helped patients with a whole host of issues. It can help with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety or an eating disorder. Or it can help with an upsetting physical health condition such as infertility, a difficult life event such as a bereavement or a relationship breakdown. It can also be used to tackle difficult emotions such as low self-esteem, anger or sexual identity issues. Therapists also offer couples therapy. Therapists can also help with anxiety issues deriving from the coronavirus.

Absolutely! Many therapists offer sessions over the phone or through an online video chat platform, so you can have a session from the comfort of your own home - all you need is a strong internet connection and you're good to go.
