How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

In order to help each client achieve their fitness goals I accumulate information from each client solely based on their personal fitness goals . Once these goals are noted ( physically and mentally ) I create a workout that is beneficial for that client . In turn , the client will start to see improvement based on the workouts given. With positivity and encouragement given from myself the client and I will keep the momentum going and do great things .

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams . It is a known fact , hard work and determination along with a balanced diet are the keys to a dream body .
I strongly believe that if someone is first determined to have that dream body they always wanted , they will go to extremes measures to do so . Whatever the workout is , a person must push themselves to their physical limitations. Finally , a person has to maintain their weight and eat foods that are beneficial to their weight goals . With all those things applied a person will successfully have the body of their dreams .

What do you love most about your job?

The one thing I love most about my job is working hands on with clients . I like to build a rapport with each person and maintain a positive relationship. In working hands on with someone I know that each clients holds me accountable for their fitness goals . Knowing that I have a responsibility for each client really drives me to do my best and allows me to show craft.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I believe that people inspired me to start my own business. Growing up I’ve always been a personal trainer and never received the financial benefits from it . As time went by people started to pay me for my time and services . They always reiterated that I should do this for a living . I started to see the happiness in people’s eyes and the confidence in people’s walks after each session with me . Then it all sparked in my mind , this is something I have to do . I was put on this earth to change people’s lives through fitness and that is something that will forever inspire me .

Why should our clients choose you?

In doing the job that I do , I’ve watched people train clients for notarity and financial gain . I can comfortably say that I do this job solely based upon the reaction I get from clients I train on a daily .
To see these clients look at their bodies with a boost of extra confidence fulfills me a way that no one will ever understand .

I do this job because my heart is in it and I genuinely love what I do . I am not determined for a specific number of clients . I am determined to change lives and build self esteem through my craft .
