Evolution Fitness is where fitness and health care meet. Dr. Izzy is a board-certified chiropractor and personal trainer. He approaches personal training from the angle of a healthcare professional. Keeping exercising safe, customized and effective for each of his client's needs.
Where do I even begin!! I had been experiencing a lot of health issues and wasn't able to workout for quite a while. Izzy created and modified a program for me that not only helped my symptoms improve, but challenged me and helped me gain my strength back. On top of everything my wedding is in less than 2 months and he has whipped me into shape!! I am feeling and looking great and am excited to see even more results in the next couple months! I would highly recommend Izzy to brides that want to get in shape for their big day!!
I really like this gym. I hadn't been a part of a smaller gym before joining here and I actually like it way better. You have every machine you need. It does get a little busy during peak hours but mostly everyone is respectful of space and sharing machines. Almost every time, my visit has no more than 1-2 other people working out. This gym is keept very clean and has all smaller equipment you would need as well. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who lives in the area.
I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Will is absolutely amazing! Seriously the best trainer I could have ever asked for. His workouts are tough but he makes the whole experience fun and worth it. Especially when he starts dancing. ;) He pushes me to be the best that I can be and has taught me so much about strength training and flexible dieting. He keeps me motivated and is always there for me when I have questions. I would definitely recommend trying personal training with him or even one of his classes.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By assessing and recognizing movement capabilities within a person and creating a roadmap i.e. training program to help them get there. Accountability and the ability to motivate are other ways I have been able to help clients start living their best lives!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Discipline with nutrition and persistent consistency with training part, the rest will fall into place if those two are taken care of. Setting goals, and before and after pictures can be great tools to help stay consistent.
What do you love most about your job?
Building relationships and seeing people outperform their expectations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My family inspired me, as they are all entrepreneurs. I have always been fascinated with the human body so a personal training business seemed like the perfect intersection.
Why should our clients choose you?
I want to meet clients where they are on the health and wellness journeys. No overbearing drill instructor here. I have my degree in Kinesiology from Westmont College and my certifications include: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, TRX Level 1, and Active Release Therapy Level 1.
We're also going to have fun while the work is being done, because if we're not having fun then what are we doing!?
