Justin is very experienced and has helped my wife and I a ton. He has helped me with my overall strength but more importantly hip and shoulder posture from being a desk jockey.

I have been training with justing for over a year. To be honest i have never been in better shape, he is very professional and adapts the training to your specific needs, he is also very careful with your body limits so you dont injure yourself while training. 100% recommended.

We have been working w/Justin for about a year. We interviewed 5 personal trainers, selecting Justin because of how he evaluated my wife and his personality. My wife is in her 70s and has survived a traumatic brain injury leaving her with some memory issues. Justin is very patient, a consistent cheerleader and develops workout sessions that have slowly improved my wife's strength, balance and endurance. In helping our clients achieve their goals we first run two different types of assessments with them. The first is a mobility assessment. In the mobility assessment we run through each major joint and make sure that joint is functioning properly. If there is any issues with the joints we give our clients full proof plans to be able to address those issues right away. Second we run a physical assessment. The physical assessment gives us insight into the strength of our clients so that we can design and run the best program for them. In doing these two assessments we are able to better understand our clients so that we can help them achieve their fitness goal.

One of our specialized trainers will give you a great workout in the comfort of your own home. There is no need for equipment as the trainer will bring the equipment to you. With flexible hours ranging from 5am to 9pm, we will be able to get you fit, on your time.

If you are looking to train at our private studio in Westlake Village, we've got you covered. With state of the art equipment, you will be able to train privately with nobody else around you. We provide towel service, eucalyptus towels to refresh after your workout, redlight therapy, inversion table and much more.

Get a personalized meal plan and/or training program designed specifically for you and your needs. Have a 24/7 coach to contact and ask questions. We provide weekly checkups to keep you accountable and moving toward your fitness goals.
