How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We deliver movement-based, functional, strength training that creates a better quality of life & pain-free living for our clients and fitness community. We provide comprehensive home workout programs for outside our wall and perform consistent fitness assessment and timely retesting.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Moving your body in all planes of motion daily. Performing functional strength training 2 to 3x a week with progressively heavier weights. Performing over a 150 minutes of cardiovascular exercise a week. Consistently working on mobility/flexibility training 4 to 5 days a week. Eating a whole-foods diet that limits starchy carbohydrates and promotes eating all macronutrients each meal.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people regain their fitness level and confidence in themselves by correctly progressing strength training in a safe and educated manner.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am a licensed physical therapist and health insurance often dictates the amount of assistance many people have in helping themselves resolve and injury, thus allowing them to fully participate in recreational activities that bring joy to their lives. I can now help more people rediscover their passion for movement and fitness.

Yes, we train on-site at our lovely, boutique-style studio at Liberty Station and also provide superior Zoom remote training online.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We have always kept and immaculately clean facility. We now sanitize after each training session and daily. We wear mask when asked by our clientele to do so.
