At Barefoot Movers we offer outdoor movement sessions. We are not your traditional personal trainer, or boot camp, we like to take the time to asses the actual situation of your body, not just the aesthetics, first we focus on its working condition and how we can improve that.
We design all our sessions with the intention to improve whole body mobility and stability, and movement in general. Range of motion, skills and body control while also improving strength, cardio, power, coordination and agility.
In other words, we don’t just focus in the way you look, but we also aim to make you a more capable human, one that enjoys his practice and one that also looks and feels great.
