What inspired you to start your own business?

During my experience working as a Chef in the corporate and restaurant environment, I felt limited in the degree to which I could accommodate my clients. Owning my own catering business has allowed me to feel limitless in the possibilities that I offer my clients in bringing their vision to life.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

Listening! After reviewing your basic information, we like to suggest a short phone call in order to get a better understanding of what our clients are looking for. Taking into consideration the flow of the event, as well as dietary restrictions are important in creating the perfect menu.

What’s your signature dish?

My favorite dish to make are empanadas. I specialize in Latin American style cuisine, using traditional Latin/Caribbean ingredients with a modern twist.
