I help people think and be healthy! I assess each client to determine how best to improve their overall health and fitness. I look at all of their current habits in every area of their life to aid them in reaching their fitness goals. I specialize in reshaping your body while building strength.
I am also a Functional Training Specialist and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and have plenty of experience working with clients requiring training programs to work around any ailments or injuries. As a former Anatomy and Physiology teacher, I have always been fascinated with the human body and would love to share my knowledge with you!
I also offer self-defense for both one-on-one and group settings. My martial arts background is a brown belt in jiu jitsu and I have been training and competing for the past 7 yrs. This martial art uses skills ideal for a smaller opponent against someone larger which is very beneficial for women.
