What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is you.

Being able to let go of any insecurities and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Getting to where we want is getting out of our comfort zone but not just once but consistently to where it is now apart of who you are.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing people grow and accomplish things that they thought they could never do. Building trust with people by helping them get out of pain when they thought they would live with pain for the rest of their life. These are the things that I love about my job the most.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was inspired by wanting to help people on my own terms and not seeing people as a number but as a person.

Why should our clients choose you?

OM&P is not just a gym but a community of people getting comfortable being uncomfortable and learning how to not only change their bodies but their minds in a space that is a fun-filled environment.
