How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I have a three tier approach to helping my clients reach their goals. 1. I take time to understand where my clients are coming from. Whats their physical & emotional struggles, and how I can best be of service to them. I find out how they like to be motivated, I take stats like, body fat and lean body mass and we come up with healthy/realistic goals. 2. I customized a workout and nutrition plan based on what my clients goals are not my own bias. 3. Most importantly I hold my clients accountable to workouts, eating and mindset.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistent effort over time and you can have the body of your dreams ;) I’ll do my best to make it a fun environment for you to train in, especially if you don’t like the typical “gym” experience.

What do you love most about your job?

My clients results is what gets my blood pumping! When they hit milestones in their life that motivates me to keep pushing them to overcome new challenges and keep the workouts engaging.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Over a decade of being a fitness coach, It was a natural progression for me to open up my own gym to help more people. It’s been the greatest decision I’ve made and I am truly thankful for what I have.

Well to be honest, I don’t work with just anyone. I want to make sure we’re a good fit, that you’re committed to change and that you will show up on time and work hard to achieve your goals!
