You love your dog, I work tirelessly to love them too. Providing the best level of care, affection, and experience for your pets is what I do best. Being able to spend my time working closely with dogs and puppies is possibly the greatest job in the world. Each animal has their own personality and I’m incredibly enthusiastic about getting to know each individually. I’ve spent several years perfecting my role and improving myself so that I know each and every client receives the finest service they possibly can.
I’m able to completely tailor the walking experience to your dog and their specific needs. If your dog is more energetic, we can devise a longer route with more activities, or shorten it to an easy stroll for older or recovering dogs. Puppy walking can be particularly challenging for new owners so I can really help out there. I can provide a dog sitting service too for when you’re out and about for extended periods.
I have a CPD accredited Dog Walking Certificate Level 3. I’ve also completed Dog Walking and Pet Sitting Courses. Finally, I’ve worked closely with several highly experienced dog walkers over the years. I’m fully insured and can provide these details on request.

I can’t say enough positive about Matt and his training skills. After speaking with 3 trainers that showed zero Interest in helping, the search continued and I found dogs and strips. Asked a question on the website right away Matt sent his phone number to call or text him. Immediately he showed Interest in helping us along with our 18 month old German Australian shepherd mix named Doug. we chatted for a while in text and phone calls and went out to visit him that weekend. Doug is a handful of big pup, he’s had a rough start to puppy hood, he was bounced around to many homes. He had some issue with our older dog that needed to be addressed. Doug and Matt seemed to connect instantly and we knew right away this was our trainer! Doug went to the 2 week training session and as I said Doug is a handful and kept Matt on his toes. This was very on me to drop him off for 2 week but we got messages, and pictures and videos often. He was very patience with us checking in making sure Doug was okay and understood. Doug came home last night after 2 weeks and his basic skills are on point! He’s sitting, laying down, giving space when asked and seems to be a good place! We look forward to our continued relationship and friendship with Doug and Matt.

I had the opportunity to board my bull terrier with Dogs and Stripes K9 training and boarding. In the time he spent at boarding I was constantly reassured that he was safe and doing well. Constant communication and sent pictures/videos to show me how training was going. When I reunited with my dog, it was a huge change from pulling on walks til my hand turned red to calm and attentive of me on walks. I could go into detail about all the changes but do yourself the favor and let them train your dog(s)!
