What inspired you to start your own business?

Meryl Hawk was an Elite Gymnast for roughly 16 years. By the time she ended the sport, she had hurt almost every part of her body, gained a few pounds and did not like the idea of going to a gym to workout, because in her mind it was boring compared to practicing gymnastics as a workout. Meryl hired a Personal Trainer after ending her gymnastics career to help her lose weight, tone up and get rid of the pain she was having due to injuries from her time as a gymnast. Her Personal Trainer changed her life! Meryl looked great, felt incredible and developed a positive attitude toward non-sport exercise after working with her Personal Trainer. The experience compelled Meryl to share the same kind of life-changing experience she had with her Personal Trainer with as many people as possible. Meryl is also a Nutritionist, Life Strategist and Motivational Speaker.
