BodyBosselini Fitness is a private fitness studio in Colton, CA with easy access from the 10 fwy or the 215 fwy. We offer three types of training sessions: Private Training Sessions which are typically $45 per session but discounted if you purchase a package and Semi Private Small Group Sessions which are as low as $10 per session depending on which package you choose and Online HIIT Training Sessions. We specialize in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) in semi private sessions for cardio respiratory endurance, fat loss and muscle toning. We are LOW impact trainers and we are dedicated to a safe and effective training session. We DO NOT offer cross fit sessions and I'll explain why when we meet. If you are a competitive athlete or need to lose more than 200 pounds, I suggest participating in our private training sessions so that we can customize a program for your particular athletic activity or weight loss program.
