BodyBosselini Fitness is a private fitness studio in Colton, CA with easy access from the 10 fwy or the 215 fwy. We offer three types of training sessions: Private Training Sessions which are typically $45 per session but discounted if you purchase a package and Semi Private Small Group Sessions which are as low as $10 per session depending on which package you choose and Online HIIT Training Sessions. We specialize in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) in semi private sessions for cardio respiratory endurance, fat loss and muscle toning. We are LOW impact trainers and we are dedicated to a safe and effective training session. We DO NOT offer cross fit sessions and I'll explain why when we meet. If you are a competitive athlete or need to lose more than 200 pounds, I suggest participating in our private training sessions so that we can customize a program for your particular athletic activity or weight loss program.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I offer everyone a FREE introductory session to determine your fitness level and discuss your fitness goals. During the intro we go through a 30 minute example of a typical training session. We also take your measurements and give you a body composition analysis of your: fat%, muscle%, total body water% and more. We also discuss nutrition and how to eat for success. After we go through the introductory process, we customize a training program for you.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no secret to achieving the body of your dreams. To be honest, it takes dedication to training and dedication to eating healthy- that's it. My program is simple and effective. I make your training sessions fun, effective, and challenging and YOU eat for the body you want.

What do you love most about your job?

Becoming a personal trainer has been the most rewarding career choice I have ever made. I enjoy inspiring people to reach their fitness goals in: general health for better living, or simply the personal satisfaction of feeling and looking better, as well as sports specific training to gain an edge over the competition. I enjoy the many various goals people want me to help them to accomplish, so my job remains a terrific and fun-filled challenge every day.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started as a trainer from the advice of a trainer at the gym I worked out at. She noticed that a lot of the members of the gym would interrupt me while I was working out to ask me questions about training and nutrition. She approached me one day and said, "If you're gonna spend all that time teaching people how to train, why not get paid for it." I laughed because I had never really thought about the idea, and she insisted, "No, I'm not kidding. People gravitate to you and you seem to love teaching." She was right and it was the BEST advice ever. I still thank her for encouraging me to become a trainer. I went from that small bit of advice to starting my own business.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am a habitual optimist and idealist. I see the inner athlete in everyone and I have been told my enthusiasm for fitness inspires people to reach their fitness goals. I feel that anybody can teach you how to train, but I consider my strength to be the ability to get you to WANT to train. I have experience training adults of all physical abilities from 18 to 84 years old and young athletes competing in high school athletics.
