I've been coaching group fitness classes and private training for over ten years in Los Angeles, where I've accumulated over 10,000 hours in training and programming individualized workouts. - I've trained adult athletes from beginners who were brand new to fitness to more advanced ones who had been training for years. - My clients range in age from 20s to 60s with a different spectrum of goals and fitness backgrounds. - I specialize in strength training, general fitness, Olympic Lifting, and injury recovery and prevention. - Senior athletes have been some of my most successful clients as they often take the work of their health very seriously, and thus have long-term success. - I believe in adapting training to the client and their specific goals and needs.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

The most important thing is having a specific goal. With that, an efficient and effective strategy can be developed. Communication is extremely important, not just how to do a certain exercise, but why we're doing it and how it's going to benefit the client. There's no one-size-fits-all to training and achieving goals. Everyone is different and they respond to different stimuli or training protocols.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency, small daily habits, and a long-term approach. A quick fix, like a fad diet or zero-to-sixty approach, is usually not the recipe for building a lifelong foundation. Training for something specific (ie: wedding, photoshoot, film, etc) with a deadline can give a strong motivation and create the required discipline, it's usually followed by burnout and regression. I've found with clients that making small daily changes to movement and nutrition followed by specifically targeted training creates a lasting fitness routine.

What do you love most about your job?

I most love creating personal relationships with my clients and helping them to achieve their goals. There's something really special watching someone whose goals you care about do things they never thought were possible, like a first pull-up, a personal record on a lift, or their fastest mile.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I begin weightlifting in high school for sports and followed that into CrossFit in 2010. In 2012 I began coaching CrossFit and HIIT classes at Brick CrossFit in West Hollywood. I began personal training soon after and have done both since.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have over a decade of training experience with clients of all ages and all body types. I've trained clients coming off of major surgeries, advanced athletes, actors, and beginners who'd never been in a gym before. I believe in adapting training to the client based on their needs, rather than pigeonholing clients into a rigid training program.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, I do remote programming of either 3 or 5 days of training per week based on the equipment and space of the client.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I am fully vaccinated and have had two booster shots, including my last one in September 2022
